Keurbooms Property Owners Association (KPOA)

AIMS AND GOALS:  The KPOA represents property owners in the Keurboomstrand area, protecting their interests and engaging with Bitou Municipality on local matters. The association is actively involved in environmental protection and local development issues, particularly concerning the Keurbooms River, estuary, and wetlands. The organization participates in public participation processes for local development applications and works collaboratively with other environmental and community organizations to ensure that development in the area is appropriate and sustainable. The KPOA advocates for property owners' rights while balancing environmental conservation concerns.
