Résumé
Nokuthula "Teenage" Seti is the Ward 6 Councillor for Bitou Local Municipality, representing the African National Congress (ANC) for Kwanokuthula Phases 3, 4, and 5. A committed community leader, she serves as the Chairperson of the Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC), a critical oversight body that ensures financial accountability and transparent governance within the municipality. Seti is highly active on the ground, regularly hosting report-back meetings, conducting walkabouts at the Kwanokuthula Taxi Rank, and visiting local clinics to engage with residents. She has been instrumental in facilitating housing handovers to deserving beneficiaries in the Kwanokuthula housing project and driving water conservation awareness campaigns. Seti also played a key role in organising the annual Mayoral Golf Day. Her dedication to direct community engagement and her focus on service delivery and housing rights make her a vital advocate for the well-being of her constituents.
