Cllr Jayze Hambley Jantjies is a dynamic leader with a focus on local economic
development and community infrastructure. His professional background is in business
management and logistics, having worked in the private sector for over a decade. His work
experience involves managing complex projects and overseeing large teams, skills that he
has successfully applied to his role as a ward counselor. Cllr Jantjies serves on the Civil
Engineering and Economic Development committees, where he advocates for the
maintenance of local roads and the creation of economic opportunities for small
businesses. His formal studies include a diploma in business management and specialized
training in public-private partnerships. His achievements include the successful oversight of
several local infrastructure upgrades and the promotion of entrepreneurship within Ward 6.
Cllr Jantjies is known for his practical approach to problem-solving and his commitment to
service delivery. He is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents in his ward.
